Refunds, transfers & participation terms
- Direct payments follow the schedule shown above. Commas financing is arranged separately at full price; provider terms and fees apply.
- Refundable in full if you are not selected, or if you cannot attend before Stage 1.
- A stage payment is non-refundable and may transfer as credit to a later circle, subject to availability and any price difference. The physician-decline and host-cancellation exceptions below apply.
- A physician decline for the week is refunded in full, whatever the stage.
- If the hosts cancel, all payments are refunded within 14 days. If they postpone, you may choose a full refund or transfer. For postponement caused by events beyond their reasonable control, a refund may deduct itemised, unrecoverable third-party costs; you may choose a transfer instead.

Put your name forward
Your $500 puts your name forward for one of twenty places. Hector and Marcus confirm selection; the deposit counts toward your retreat total.

Selection & disclosure
A confidential medical disclosure is required and reviewed by the physicians. Screening is optional, strongly recommended and paid separately.

Arrange your balance
Pay directly in stages with the founding discount, or arrange Commas financing for the full-price balance after your deposit.
- 05
Prepare for Costa Rica
Once your place clears, arrange your flights, provide proof of travel-medical insurance and receive your preparation pack.

One per invitation
The vouch.
Every invitation carries one vouch: the name of one man you would sit beside at the fire, and a line on why him. The founders review it and, if it fits, he receives his own envelope and his own code; the introduction is handled privately. It costs you nothing, never expands the circle beyond twenty, and is yours whether you attend or not.
