The Infinity Delta Protocol

Your numbers.
Your next step.

Your assessments, coached physical practice and follow-up support are included in every room tier.

01

Understand your body.

A recorded 30-minute Day 1 assessment with Hector and the Infinity Delta assistant establishes your baseline. It includes movement, motor-control and neuromuscular testing, kept in your private file.

02

Practise with guidance.

Your daily practice follows your assessment: strength with Mick, movement and yoga, and breathwork with Adam. A 15-minute Day 6 review compares your results with Day 1.

03

Take it home.

Your personal practice and two follow-up sessions are arranged before you leave. You can also choose weekly check-ins with a trip leader for your first four weeks home.

Before you arrive

Your starting point.

A confidential medical disclosure is required and reviewed by the physicians. Screening is optional, strongly recommended and paid separately.

Disclosure & screening

Screening options range from a basic blood panel to DEXA, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate and a physician consultation at a Sports Science Labs location. Ask the team about the available options and arrangements.

The practice behind the protocol
