The lodge farms its own. Most of what reaches the table is grown here or landed nearby, with farm-to-table cooking classes through the week.
The concierge helps you time your flights. Ground transfers between the airstrip and the properties are included. A confidential medical disclosure is required; physician screening is optional and strongly recommended. Screening options range from basic bloodwork to the full DEXA package.
