and what we don’t.
What this site collects
Your code, your name and your email address when you accept the agreement; your accommodation choice and whether you expect to opt out of the medicine; and the record of a deposit if you place one. Nothing else is gathered as you browse. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other websites.
Health information
The confidential medical disclosure is not part of this website. It is handled separately by the physicians, who decide what is and is not shared with the hosts. Hector and Marcus are told whether you are cleared, not what your disclosure says. Do not put health details into any form on this site or into an email.
Who can see your information
Hector and Marcus, and the concierge arranging travel. The physicians see what belongs to them. Payment details go directly to the payment provider and are never held by us. Other guests are never told who else was invited, who accepted or who declined.
Confidentiality, both ways
We protect your identity and what you share. In return, the agreement asks the same of you for every other man in the circle: what is said on the land stays there, and no photography or recording happens during ceremony blocks.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that go no further are deleted within twelve months. Records tied to a payment are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. The vouch you make is kept only until the man you named has been contacted and has answered.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
This page and the site
This site is private and is not indexed by search engines. Your browser stores your accommodation choice and where you are in the journey so the pages remember you between visits; clearing your browser data removes it.
Questions about privacy
Use the call-request form to prepare a question for Hector or Marcus. Keep health information for the physicians’ separate disclosure process.
